In the application, an icon with information on the size and dimensions of the shipment is attached to the order.
After clicking on the icon, you can see additional details about the given size.
Package sizes:
S - small package
dimensions: max. 100 cm, weight: up to 9.99 kg.
*Suitable for a foot courier, cyclist or scooter rider.
M - standard package
dimensions: max. 200 cm, weight: up to 15 kg.
*Ideal for the car driver.
L - large dimensions
dimensions: max. 100x80x50 cm, weight: up to 31,5 kg.
*The driver picking up such a package should make sure that he has enough space for it.

CORRECTIONS
If the package you receive is larger than the size provided in the application: report a correction.
We only consider corrections that:
- They will be reported in the application for a given order together with a photo of the package
- They will be sent to the following e-mail address: support@xpress.delivery (in the title of the message, enter the order number + size and attach a photo of the package)
ATTENTION!
- Corrections sent without a photo will not be considered.
- The correction for a size larger than the one specified in the order is 50% of the basic fee for the order.
